The Pipe Methodology guidelines, based on inputs from the Rovaniemi workshop in November 2002 and from the Notodden (Telemark) workshop in October 2003, is being finalized.

The new falicitator started to work in Alytus city last week. Her name is Giedre. The main job is to take care about public relations and assist the local coordinator. A part of the job is also to facilitate the project goups in front of the EXPO in Sweden. She will also help the management with web presentations.

The first edition of the methodology guidelines is now published. The guidelines are a result of a workshop in Rovaniemi in November 2002. Editor has been senior adviser Bjørn R. Opjordsmoen in the PIPE management team.

As from week 7, 2003, all coordinators will be authorized to publish articles directly on to the PIPE website. All published material must be in English.
